Commercial Support
Every SonicJS feature is, and always will be, 100% MIT open source β no Growth tier, no Enterprise feature gate. Commercial support does not change that. It gives your team a paid support contract with a guaranteed response time and a named contact, so adopting SonicJS clears procurement, security, and vendor-risk review.
If you want to advocate for SonicJS but your company requires "vendor support" before approving a dependency β this is the page you forward to your manager or procurement team.
What you get
You are buying:
- A response-time SLA you can put in front of procurement.
- A private channel (email / Slack) instead of public issues.
- A named human who knows your deployment.
- Priority security triage and upgrade/architecture guidance.
- (Enterprise) license indemnification for legal/compliance sign-off.
You are not buying features. Every capability ships in the open-source core under MIT and always will. Support is additive, never a gate.

- SLA applies to the latest minor release and one prior minor.
For procurement & security teams
- License: MIT. No copyleft obligations.
- Source availability: Full source public on GitHub β no vendor lock-in. A support lapse never removes access to the software.
- Indemnification: Available on the Enterprise tier.
- Data residency: SonicJS runs on your Cloudflare account β you own the data and infrastructure. The vendor holds no customer data.
- Business continuity: Because the software is MIT and self-hosted on your infrastructure, a lapse in support or vendor availability does not interrupt your running deployment.
